What is the minimum order quantity at Zigzax?

For wholesale sourcing, there is no strict minimum — you can start with a single package (up to 30 kg, 60×40×50 cm, €165). For private label clothing production, the minimum order quantity (MOQ) starts at 50 units per design.

Which couriers do you use for delivery from Turkey to Europe?

Zigzax Fashion Agency partners with UPS Express, GLS Euroline, and FedEx Priority for fast and reliable shipping from Turkey to Europe. UPS Express delivers in 1-3 business days to most EU destinations. GLS Euroline offers cost-effective road freight with full tracking. FedEx Priority handles time-sensitive deliveries with dedicated customs support.

Are customs duties and taxes included in the shipping price?

Yes. All customs duties and taxes are included in Zigzax's shipping price. We handle all A.tr documentation for seamless export to every EU member state. There are no hidden fees — the price you see is the final price.

How long does shipping from Turkey to Spain and Portugal take?

Shipping from Turkey to Spain takes 6 business days. Delivery to Portugal takes 7 business days. Shipments depart every Thursday and Friday from Istanbul to our Germany warehouse, then continue to the final destination via UPS, GLS, or FedEx.

How can I track my order?

Once your goods reach our Germany warehouse, you receive a tracking number. You can then track your shipment in real time through the respective courier (UPS, GLS, or FedEx).

What happens if my order exceeds 30 kg?

Orders exceeding 30 kg are split into multiple packages for safe handling. Each package is 60x40x50 cm with a maximum weight of 30 kg, priced at 165 EUR per package.

What payment methods does Zigzax accept?

Zigzax Fashion Agency accepts Western Union, WorldRemit, Remitly, RIA, MoneyGram, and Bank Transfer.

Do you ship outside of Europe?

Yes. Zigzax ships worldwide through our partnerships with UPS and FedEx. We regularly ship to all EU countries, North America, Canada, Australia, and the Middle East. Zigzax ships to 50+ countries worldwide, with specialized routes to Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, United Kingdom, USA, Canada, and Australia. All EU shipments include full A.tr customs documentation.
