Zigzax Fashion Agency is an Istanbul-based wholesale fashion sourcing and logistics company founded in 2017 by Ibrahim Taş. With a background spanning the textile and technology sectors, Ibrahim built Zigzax with a single mission: to make sourcing fashion from Turkey straightforward, reliable, and accessible for boutique owners, retailers, and online sellers across Europe and beyond.
What began as a bridge between Turkish manufacturers and international buyers has grown into a full-service operation — combining product sourcing, quality control, warehousing, transportation logistics, and boutique private label production under one roof.
What We Do
Zigzax sits at the intersection of three core services:
Wholesale Sourcing We source unique clothing and accessories directly from Turkey’s most established manufacturer districts — Merter, Güngören, Zeytinburnu, and Laleli in Istanbul. Instead of traveling to Istanbul and visiting dozens of suppliers one by one, our clients send us their requirements and we handle everything: product research, quality checks, photo approval, and consolidation.
End-to-End Transportation We manage the full logistics chain from Istanbul to your door. This includes customs clearance, A.tr export documentation, packaging, and last-mile delivery via UPS, GLS, and FedEx. All EU customs duties and taxes are included — no surprises.
Boutique Private Label Production Beyond sourcing existing collections, Zigzax also offers custom private label manufacturing for clients who want their own brand on Turkish-made garments.
Our Team
Zigzax operates with a team of 15+ professionals, including cooperative partners across sourcing, logistics, and production. Our customer relations and order tracking team consists of 6 dedicated people — ensuring that every client gets a real person managing their order, not an automated system.
A Note on Delivery Times — Honesty First
We move fast. When a client places an order, our priority is to get it on the way as quickly as possible.
That said, we believe in being transparent about something most logistics companies won’t tell you: customs processing times are outside our control. Even when shipping express from Turkey to Europe, one delivery might arrive in 2 days while another takes 4–5, depending on customs clearance at the border on that particular day.
We will never mislead you by claiming guaranteed overnight delivery or “always the fastest.” What we do guarantee is that we act immediately on your order, handle all paperwork correctly, and keep you informed every step of the way.
