• Wholesale Fashion Sourcing: Sourcing ready-to-wear apparel from verified Turkish manufacturers in Merter, Güngören, Osmanbey, and Laleli.
• Private Label Manufacturing: Custom garment production, pattern grading, fabric sourcing, woven labeling, and sampling.
• Order Pickup & Warehousing: Multi-vendor parcel collection in Istanbul, up to 7 days free storage, and volumetric freight consolidation.
• International Fashion Shipping: Scheduled express road freight to Western Europe and air cargo with A.TR customs documentation.

2. Pricing Transparency & Payment Terms

• Wholesale Purchases: Orders must be paid in full prior to collection and international parcel dispatch.
• Private Label Production: Custom manufacturing typically requires a 50% deposit upon sample approval to initiate bulk production, with the remaining 50% balance due following final quality inspection before shipping.

3. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) Standards

4. Prototyping & Sample Approval Policy

For custom apparel manufacturing, Zigzax produces a physical sample within 7–10 business days following tech pack submission.

• Sample creation incurs a development fee (€50 to €150 depending on complexity), covering digital pattern making and single-piece fabric cutting.
• Sample fees are credited back to the client’s commercial account upon placing the bulk production run.
• Clients approve samples via high-resolution photo/video review or direct international courier sample delivery. Bulk production begins only after written client sign-off.

5. Warehousing & Multi-Vendor Storage Terms

Clients utilizing our logistics network receive up to 7 calendar days of complimentary storage at our central Merter warehouse facility while consolidating orders from multiple Turkish vendors.

• Storage exceeding the 7-day complimentary window is subject to standard daily pallet/carton warehousing fees unless prior written approval is granted.
• Our consolidation team reserves the right to repack, fold, and compress garments into durable master export boxes to minimize volumetric freight weight and save shipping costs.

6. European Logistics, Customs & Transit Times

Zigzax coordinates door-to-door transportation via scheduled weekly road freight (departing Istanbul every Thursday and Friday) and express worldwide air cargo.

• Transit Timelines: Estimated road freight transit to Western Europe (Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Netherlands, Italy) is 7–10 business days from dispatch. Air freight takes 3–5 business days.
• Customs & A.TR Documents: Zigzax prepares commercial export invoices and official A.TR / EUR.1 movement certificates to ensure 0% customs duty entrance into the EU.
• Force Majeure: Zigzax is not liable for international transit delays caused by customs port inspections, severe weather, or geopolitical disruptions beyond our operational control.

7. Quality Assurance & Claims Protocol

Zigzax conducts 100% pre-shipment quality checks at our Merter facility. We inspect for seam defects, sizing conformity, and fabric flaws before parcels are sealed.

• Photo and video proof of completed orders is shared with the client prior to international departure.
